  Location 


Sodus Bay is 24 miles southwest of Oswego and 28 east of Rochester. Conspicuous high white bluffs are located east of the entrance. A dredged channel with a maintained depth of 9 feet passes between two parallel piers. The outer end of the west pier is marked with a flashing white light atop a 51 foot square white pyramidal tower, visible from a distance. A flashing green light marks the end of the east pier.
