Facilities

The Riveredge Resort offers over 2,000 feet of dock space with power, water and cable TV hook-ups. Our front desk can assist you with dock reservations right on our toll-free line. Our dock masters can assist you over the marine channels and will guide you to your assigned dock space upon arrival.

Your dock fees allow you to hook up to 110V or 220V power, water and cable TV as well as give you access to the Boaters’ Bath House which provides restrooms, showers, washer and dryer, and refuse pick-up.

Our boaters and guests are welcome to utilize all of the facilities available at the resort. We can accommodate boats up to 200 feet. Gas and pump-out facilities are available near by.

Location

The Riveredge Resort Hotel is easily accessible from both the 401 in the province of Ontario and Route 81 in New York State.

Coming from Syracuse and points east or west via the NYS Thruway (I-90), take Route 81 N. Just 99 miles north of Syracuse take exit 50 N (Alexandria Bay – 1000 Islands). This exit ramp merges right into Route 12 N which will take you to the signal light and intersection for the Village of Alexandria Bay.

Coming from the province of Ontario, guests are encouraged to take the 401 E or W to exit 661 towards Hill Island/I-81/Bridge to the USA. Merge onto Provincial Route 137 S which becomes I-81 S. Travelers then must exit at 50 N towards Alexandria Bay which merges right into Route 12 N.

At the intersection of Route 12 and Church St. in the Village of Alexandria Bay, turn left onto Church St., right onto Walton St. and left onto Holland Street.
