We are conveniently located just
minutes from downtown St. Paul.
By land, we are just 1.5 miles south of Interstate 494 just east of Concord Avenue on 66th Street.
By boat, we can be found at mile marker 830 on the west bank of the Mississippi River.
We sit on 14 acres located in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. 2006 will be our 15th year of providing
quality service to boaters living near and visiting this scenic waterway.
