Welcome to Burnside Marina

Burnside Marina is located on the eastern side of Lake Cumberland near the town of Somerset, KY. Somerset has excellent shopping and many other activities such as concerts, music festivals, car shows, craft shows and many other activities.

Location

Directions to Burnside Marina

From North

Interstate 75 South to Mount Vernon Exit # 62. Turn right on 461 South. Stay on 461 until it intersects with Highway 80. Turn right on highway 80 West and proceed approximately 5 miles to Highway 914 By Pass. Turn left on 914 and travel 10 miles to the intersection of Highway 27. Turn left on 27 and proceed approximately 3 miles. Just as you finish crossing Cumberland River Bridge, turn right on West Lakeshore Drive. Marina is on right after you travel approximately 1/4 mile.

Alternate Route from North

Highway 27 South through Somerset into Burnside. Turn right at Cumberland River Bridge per above instructions.

From South

Take 175 north to London Exit # 41. Turn onto Highway 80 West and proceed to the Highway 941 By Pass. This is approximately 25 miles. Follow above instructions after turning left on 941.

From West

Interstate 65 North or South depending on where you are coming from to Exit # 43 (Cumberland Parkway). Go East on Cumberland Parkway 88 miles to Somerset. Turn right onto Highway 27 South and proceed through Somerset to Cumberland River Bridge then follow above instructions. Cumberland Parkway is a toll road. There are 3 tollbooths. The total toll is $2.00 to travel this road. There are also some exits that require exact change to get off.
