DOCKING FACILITIES
Lithia Springs Marina is a full-service marina accommodating beautiful Lake Shelbyville
and area boaters. We offer 250 slips for those wishing to leave their boats in the water
all season.

Our floating, concrete structures offer both covered and uncovered slips. Our covered
slips range in size from 18x8 runabout slips to 44x14 cruiser/houseboat slips. Our
uncovered slips range from 17x8 to 75x20. For the slipowners convenience, we offer the
following:
Electricity-individually metered
City water available at no charge
Free sewage pumpouts-slipside or at gas dock
Dock shower/toilet facilities

Others

A RESERVATION DEPOSIT of $50.00 is required at the time the reservation is made. The
RESERVATION DEPOSIT is applied toward your rental fee. CANCELLATIONS made less than 7 days
prior to reservation date will result in forfeiting the reservation deposit. A SECURITY DEPOSIT
of $150.00 is required before boarding and will be refunded after return of the boat in the
same condition as checked out.
