Convenient by land and by sea in Stamford, Connecticut, Brewer Yacht Haven is the gateway to all points East. Midtown Manhattan is only a 45 minute ride by train or car. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the yard. In the Brewer tradition the amenities abound, from floating docks with all conveniences to a dock staff within radio call, ready to assist with your every need.

DIRECTIONS BY LAND
BYH WEST:
I-95 from NY:
Take exit 7 proceed through traffic light @ end of ramp, @ next light turn right onto Washington Blvd. to stop sign, make a left & then an immediate right turn onto Dyke Lane, go 1/8 mile, turn right onto Bateman Way, then left into marina.

I-95 from New Haven:
Take exit 7 @ 4th light, turn left onto Washington Blvd., follow Washington Blvd. to stop sign, make a left & then an immediate right turn onto Dyke Lane, go 1/8 mile, turn right onto Bateman Way, then left into marina.

BYH EAST:
I-95 from NY:
Take exit 8 @ 3rd light, turn right onto Elm Street, @ 2nd light turn right onto Shippan Avenue, proceed straight through 2nd light onto Harbor Drive, go to the end. You will see Inner Basin Piers 1-7 on your right, if you are looking for Outer Basin Piers 9-12, follow road to end of brick building, enter underground parking, pier 9 is to your right, pier 12 is to your left.

I-95 from New Haven:
Take exit 8, turn left @ the bottom of ramp onto Elm Street, @ 3rd light turn right onto Shippan Avenue, proceed straight through 2nd light onto Harbor Drive, go to the end. You will see Inner Basin Piers 1-7 on your right, if you are looking for Outer Basin Piers 9-12, follow road to end of brick building, enter underground parking, pier 9 is to your right, pier 12 is to your left.

WEST TO EAST:
Left onto Washington Blvd., right onto Pacific Street, proceed on Pacific Street until you reach Market Street, make a right onto Market Street, follow to traffic light, left onto Canal Street, @ 1st light make left onto Jefferson Street, @ 1st light right onto Magee Avenue, follow to traffic light, right onto Harbor Drive follow until you reach BYH East.

EAST TO WEST:
Follow Harbor Drive to 1st light, left onto Magee Avenue, follow to end, left onto Jefferson Street, follow to traffic light, right onto Canal Street, go under railroad tracks & thruway, left onto State Street, follow to 3rd traffic light, left onto Washington Blvd., follow through 3 traffic lights & one stop sign, make left then immediate right onto Dyke Lane, go 1/8 mile, turn right onto Bateman Way then left into BYH West.

DIRECTIONS BY SEA
YACHT HAVEN EAST MARINA:
Enter Stamford Harbor & proceed north to spindle, leave spindle to port & proceed ahead to 1st marina on starboard side.

YACHT HAVEN WEST MARINA:
Enter Stamford Harbor & proceed north to spindle, leave spindle to starboard, once past the wooden wave fence you will see our docks on your starboard side.
