About the marina

Herman & Helen's Marina, one of the largest and longest established marinas on the Delta, makes an ideal spot to begin your journey...located in the heart of the waterways, it maintains an atmosphere of friendly charm. Herman & Helen's Marina introduced the newest, most luxurious model line to date in 2005, the ESCAPADE Houseboat. This magnificent vessel features a fiberglass hardtop with ceiling fans and provides a comfortable outdoor arena for cooking and relaxing in the 6-person hot tub. A first for the Delta...and you'll only find them at Herman & Helen's.

Facilities

Designed for entertaining, the Escapade features a richly appointed interior and an upper deck with not only a hot tub, but also a second galley (protected by a fiberglass hardtop) with a built-in barbecue, sink, fridge, outdoor fans and rope lighting. Some other new and interesting amenities include an upscale galley with every appliance imaginable, a faux fireplace, a 27” TV with auto tracking satellite,ă, CD/DVD with surround sound, two private staterooms and an air-conditioned penthouse loft.

The houseboats.com family of marinas has rental locations on Shasta Lake (Jones Valley, Sugarloaf, and Lakeview Resorts), New Melones Lake, Lake McClure, and the California Delta (Herman & Helen's Marina). Boats range in size from a 35’ that sleeps six to a 56’ that sleeps 15.
