About the marina

Northern California has many great places to get away. One of the most popular is Lake Shasta. Thirty thousand acres of clear water surround hundreds of miles of unspoiled shoreline.

Silverthorn Resort offers more than just houseboat vacations! We have a full-service marina complete with fuel, propane, fresh water, pump-out facilities, grocery & store, and apparel shop.

Facilities

We have many houseboat or floating “suites”.They offer up to 1500 sq. ft. of deck and cabin space. All of these boats come equipped with modern and convenient kitchens equipped with range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor and plenty of cabinet space. The pots, pans, dishes and silverware are included as well. These houseboats sleep from 10 to 16 adults in comfort and have two full bathrooms, providing convenience to both large and small groups.

During the summer season, the best pizza and the best views of Lake Shasta can be found at the Silverthorn Pizza & Pub. Be sure to check out the Video Games, Sports TV and Pool Table. Relax on the large outside deck that overlooks beautiful Lake Shasta.
