Marina Stavoren Buitenhaven is one of the four marinas of SkipsMaritiem. SkipsMaritiem is a corporation of marinas that stands for service and quality. The marina has excellent facilities, that will guarantee a pleasant stay. You will quickly feel at home in this spacious marina.

When you arrive at the harbour, you can park your car at the private parking area. Here you’ll also find luggage trolleys. The clean and modern sanitary facilities are centrally located on our marina, besides toilet and showers, there’s also a laundrette, a croissant ship, two charter companies and a ship chandler. Apart from the facilities (indoor swimming pool) at Marina Stavoren, which the younger guests can use, there are various playgrounds and a nice (surfing) beach on Marina Stavoren Buitenhaven.

In the vicinity of the harbour office, there is a fuel pump (diesel), a trailer ramp and an installation for emptying the waste tank. Bicycles can be rented at the harbour office.

Location

Marina Stavoren Buitenhaven is directly situated on the IJsselmeer, south of the old fishing town of Stavoren. Because of its central location, Stavoren has always been a well-loved town. A weekend to Vlieland or a day to Enkhuizen can easily be done. Furthermore, the Frisian lakes are close by, after passing the Johan Friso locks. There’s sufficient room in the harbour entrance to rig your ship before heading out to sea. The cultural heritage and scenery of Stavoren are definitely worth a visit.
